Sample Size: A minimum of 25 seedlings is required for DRS services and STA Laboratories recommends a minimum of 100 seedlings per test for accurate assessment. Our lab provides the necessary control lines (resistant lines and susceptible lines) for most tests, and will accept your control lines also.

Please include the following required information on each seed sample submitted:

• Species
• Genetic line number or variety
• Lot number
• Name
• Company name
• Address
• Email
• Phone
• Fax (if new client)
• Desired DRS test(s)

If possible, please submit twice the number of seedlings to be tested (For example, 50 seeds if 25 seedlings are to be tested.)

For your convenience, we can supply you with sample bags complete with the STA Laboratories address.

Survivors: Resistant survivors can be saved and shipped to your location (if allowed by state and federal regulations) for an additional charge. STA Laboratories does not guarantee the condition of survivors.
